I am not quite sure what to make of this dish 3 star Michelin dish, served on a light weight cellophane and placed directly on the table’s surface. At first I thought it was novel, (for a split second) and I asked myself why. Then I realized it was not very convenient to maneuver the spoon that accompanied the dish. Eating off a table top just doesn’t do it for me and naked and raw is something to rethink at least that’s my opinion.
