No doubt the cuisine at Davide Palluda is excellent and his pigeon is a testimony to technique and quality. The truffles are added atop by the clients request and as you can see there is no skimping on the delivery of pico magantum. If you travel to Piedmont it is one of those culinary experiences you shouldn’t miss.
