Legume @ Uttarakhand India

A quick trip to India, inspired by master chef Jonathan Roshfeld, this is an Indian sprout and bean salad. I salute my dear friend Professor Tsion Avital for sending us all the necessary tools to grow our own sprouts. In Uttarakhand we tried this fantastic salad that was made with a variety of legumes and a yoghurt based dressing.
