The temple was founded in 1678 by Enkoinden Zuiun Buneini Daishi, and deified Keisen Soryu, the 10th generation monk of Myoshinji Temple. The beautiful garden was designed to present Mount Hiei in its background, and the temple’s autumn leaves are amazing.
