A4 Shabu-Shabu Japan

There is nothing quite like A4 except A5 and in Japan when it comes to Shabu-Shabu you need fatty beef to enjoy the depth of flavour of a meat submerged into a boiling broth. And finally I try some of the beef raw in the goma dressing, a ground sea same dressing with Japanese green onion and some red spice. The end result is sublime.
