A visit to the bar is an experience in itself and the barman mixologist Antonio Ferrara in the palazzo’s new bar will blow your mind.

There is no other hotel in the centre of Venice that can offer the intimate service, and the range of services needed to enjoy Venice in a very special way. So what happens when you order a homemade infused spicy tequila bloody Mary? ….well you drink it and then you take in the view of the canal, the most incredible light and magnificent surroundings will touch your soul.

I was blown away by the “finger foods” served at the bar, a focaccia with finocchiona is one of my favourite Tuscan fennel salami. It was served with a rustic flour focaccia, freshly baked, and the sardines are mind-boggling, and the ultimate Italian San Daniele ham is just /wow!/ Bravo
