@ HA(pp)Y Hay Grappa

This hay grappa is handmade by a friend in the Italian Alps, he makes it twice per year using grappa, he infuses it with fresh-cut mountain hay that is dried. The hay is filled with arnica and plenty of wild flowers including chamomile and it takes two weeks to make or less depending on the intensity.

It just fantastic it is, the intensity and nose of the hay grappa is something you’ll never forget 🙂
