One mans pleasure is another man disgust. Sometimes during our travels I am encouraged to try to new foods. This is a good example of food that ranks as one of the single most disgusting foods I have ever tasted – and is adored by many.

The name speaks for itself – stinky Tofu and the dish is fermented, it stinks of a sharp odor of blue cheese. This was made with coagulated duck’s blood, and I will never forget the taste, never again yuck I feel sick thinking about it!
