Hummus

There is lots of speculation on making hummus and some remove the husks and other leave them. The secret is well cooked chickpeas, cooled down, add some ice and blend it with the correct amounts of liquid and tahina. That’s it!….and add lemon, or cumin or garlic and paprika or add or subtract these elemenst according to your personal interest, but pure flavors are always best.
