There is no doubt that 2018 is one of the greatest truffle vintages in a long time. The truffles gets larger and better each time and they’re very pungent in smell and the taste is perfect. The surface of this truffle has “make-up”, a sandy silica type cover up to deal with the surface dirt. This truffle will arrive tonight!….I’ll keep you posted.
