There are different explanations why Japanese line up, but it seems odd to line up for a drink, a new styled drink with tapioca inside, balls of tapioca, it seems weird. But I get it, you have no where to go, and you have a friend and you say, “let’s get a drink” and it takes 1 hour in a line, so you catch up. But in the rain? That parts seems odd, but Japanese aren’t bothered by mother nature, it is part of the shinto skies, and who cares as long as the drink it yummy right?
