Especially the herring brined with cumin or cloves, and I will never get used to it. Yuck, but it goes to show, if you grow up eating fish brined with cloves, you can eat it. But fundamentally I am against it, especially when eating raw fish and for one simple reason; all you taste is cloves, not to mention the creamy horseradish, dill and onions. These foods are aunhealthy and that is probably why you see so many over weight people here in Copenhagen, it is shocking.
