This the right place to eat dry pasta from the south (seafood) or local truffles. This restaurant Ventuno Punto Uno is run by two partners both exactly from the right place; one Granagano and the other Naples. Don’t be fooled by the atmosphere it is nothing special but the food is very good and the pasta excellent.
The green dressing is Frisée salad (blanched) sometimes called curly endive or chicory and some creamy milk of buffala and virgin oil in the Bimby at 38°C.
