I love this wine, finesse and balance with a good level of maturity and it is no doubt wonderful. But remember drinking older wines requires experience, patience and understanding what a wine should taste like from the. vintage, and not what you are interested in drinking i.e. personal taste. If you search a style you are used. to or. prefer and you cannot adjust your mind stick to what. you know best and enjoy – most drinkers enjoy what they know.
