Sushi in the summer, its been a long time since I last tried it, and thanks to covid I am stuck in Tokyo. The summers are hot, humid and in a way pleasant yet not for everyone. I do love air-conditioning, so I can escape those muggy days by staying inside. And, the fish is surprisingly much better than I expected, and after May and into June the fish begins to balance itself with the change in climate and we do too.
