There was a time when there were a few restaurants in Europe where you can find a chef that has such extraordinary technique and doesn’t compromise and using the finest raw ingredients you can find.
I felt very sad to hear that because I have been eating in Plaza Athénée for 20+ years, and Denis Courtiade the maitre d’Hotel and his team are top notch.
