I have to admit I was surprised by this morning that because it looks like a copy of Mouton Rothschild but more because it really is well-made and crafted in Spain on the island of Mallorca. A good friend is school friends with the owner and I stumbled across It over a dinner in Zürich. Yes, really a surprise for anyone who hasn’t had a chance to try it with a nice fillet mignon and small potatoes.
