Its not often I drink Japanese wines, and I was lucky to taste the 2008, quite extraordinary with a small production of 15,000 bottles. I couldn’t imagine the 2008 color, so golden, and the fact it wasn’t oxidized, or funky in anyway was a pleasant surprise.
