This is a wine to buy and enjoy on a summers night to enjoy Vermentino. The modernised Corsican viticulture at the Domaine de Vaccelli and its typical Corsican grape varieties are the pillars of the Ajaccio appellation and terroir. In 2008 with a focus on manually harvesting and organic farming.

The owner Gérard Courrèges (son of Alain Courrèges) has been producing wines since the 1970s under the appellations of AOC Ajaccio, Vin de Pays de l’Île de Beauté but also Vin de France. Today, the vineyard are certified organic farming since 2019.
