Tasted in Lausanne Switzerland at Pic au Beau-Rivage Palace this is one of those wines which has grown all over the globe to become household name for wine lovers. Some will say that since his son has taken over the wines have less reduction, which was one of the key characteristics. I can agree there is a change however, the only way to really prove it to yourself is to taste blind. I prefer these wines in cooler vintages.
