This isn’t what I call a usual line up and I wouldn’t call our afternoon a usual afternoon at the worlds number one steak restaurant ….if there is such a thing~

The Bonin white was selected by a friend with long hair, and it was considered rare to find it in the Spanish countryside, with good Burgundian character (94 Points) and the 2015 Bonnes-Mares was showing very well (95 Points) and the two other wines were choices of the sommelier, and the 2021 Benjamin Romeo Rioja Que Bonito Cacareaba was not my thing and La Mala was not the right fit.
