This was the first truffles of the season – you can see it has good color, some redness and it was mature and had fragrant aromas. There are only a few ways to enjoy Alba Truffles; Fassone (raw beef) – egg fried & Tajarin (egg pasta) – Antica Torre and you can never go wrong eating there. This truffle was a great surprise, it shows the signs of a great season to come!
