The first sense of excitement comes into play as we enter a small room filled with barrels. Your sense of smell compels you to imagine the taste. The color is deep, rich and intense under the shade of the pipette. The first taste is splendid and it coats your mouth. The various barrels each have their own characteristics and distinctive taste. After hours of tasting we manage to leave with a handsome sum of fine vinegar: a memory to last for a long time.
