The red from truffle comes from the roots nearby the truffles, so I am told. The color of this truffle was truly red, similar to carpaccio of beef. The aroma was intensive, as it hits your nose with white power!
The truffle is firm, served at approximately 15 degrees centigrade. Washed it was very white on the surface and colorful in the interior. you notice a small intrusion on the left side of the truffle, and this is a dark spot caused by a root.
The density was consistent and the smell, chocolate, garlic, smoke and a fresh autumn. This is an awesome truffle that makes you dream and dream.
