We often drink wines where they are served and without paying enough attention to the importance of light. Strong sunlight is neither desirable, and too little light doesn’t work either. Sitting in one of my favorite restaurants in Venice, Quadri, the light reflection is unlike anywhere I’ve seen. The shadows, reflections and colors reflect perfectly.
