The 1982 never seemed great but this wine was a great wine to enjoy with jelly fish. The wine seemed like an aged wine without the oxidation. Surprisingly I can’t remember tastings a wine such as this. It was sweet yet had little crispness and wasn’t flabby, and it was just in the middle range of my taste. I really couldn’t think of a wine that would go better with elegant Chinese cuisine and this time I was happily surprised. (91 Points)
