Scorzone

The inside gleba or pulp, the internal part is rippled with larger veins of white, and this truffle is on the way to not being enjoyable. I cut it, taste it, and it is sourish. I smell unlike what you expect from a good black Scorzone. This truffle is a bad one, and you see it by the interior veins and truffle’s shape.
