It was a real surprise as it was opened and tasted. The wine had a super concentration of fruit but not cooked fruit as sometimes you get in 2003. But and I say that with much regret, it was corked. We tasted it a few sips, and then I aerated it by rushing it backwards and forwards in two large Riedel glasses. But it didn’t help and so it went down the sink (ouch)
