100gram+ Black Truffle


This is a wonderful looking exterior shell of a Melanosporum from France. It shins with a hardy texture and crust. These truffles have been washed and most probably by hand but often machines are used. The one thing about these blacks is the crust, and I like to make from it a truffle butter. That reminds me to jump to the fridge and see where it is.
