Is sushi ever Zen? I am not sure if sushi in Sapporo is really zen and if zen is just a play on words. I think so. We decided not to eat the course lunch which was a unanimous decision amongst us. The restaurant is a rage wooden counter with three chefs busy making sushi. The taste was good and for any sushi novice worthwhile.
