Walking on a busy street, I entered a building and discovered an organic veggy supplier. Her name is Ms.T and she remains a well guarded secret in Tokyo. I wasn’t surprised to find her but then again after trying her veggies, I am stunned at how good they are. Her family is amateur farmers with a variety of products. Her greens reminded me of the summer I spent in Montecito California in Santa Barbara’s markets. There we had amazing blends of mustard leafs and other fine herbs and lettuce. It was spectacular and she has the same degree of products.
