The scallions, garlic, cilantro and ginger all excite your palate leaving it warmed up and cooled down all at the same time. My host insists to flavor the dish after tasting it. She adds some sugar, chilli pepper and plenty of fish sauce. I further added some fish sauce and a few hot chilli peppers flakes to give it more personalized taste.
