How sharp should a knife be?
The answer is simple as pie in the sky. But no kidding, as sharp as possible to avoid cutting your own hand or finger.
It shouldn’t sound silly but my sister was always afraid of sharp knives. I wondered if her knife was sharp or dull, because too often when a knife cannot do what you want it to do, it is because it isn’t sharp enough. If it isn’t sharp then it can get your finger before you know it.
The reason a sharp knife is important is because of the “3 more’; you respect it more, you concentrate more, and you work more efficiently. By the way, turn up your volume and listen to the knife’s crispy cut of the skin and flesh; music to my ears.
