The wine was opened blind on its 20th anniversary. It caught me off guard, it seemed a little rusty as the Sauvignon Blanc was over shadowed by the Semillon. The wine seemed to be drying out yet it had a funny and pleasantness, a minerality and exotic fruits that helped make the wine be enjoyable. These wines are special.
