This is awesome pizza and made in Tokyo by Charlie, a well-known pizzaiolo working at Tokyo’s premier pizzeria. I cannot describe the richness, depth or taste of this pizza. It lingers on and on. The hand cutting of the garlic and the oil’s umami tips this pizza to a richness that is second to none.
