The newly renovated Park hotel features the young and talented chef of their gourmet restaurant named Focus. Chef Nenad Mlinarevic creates the culinary perfection to say the least. Combining his passion and creativity, he produces dishes that excite the palate and are fantasy and non-fiction. This dish is local veal, the shank and the filet served with smoked potato and asparagus and a reduction of green juice. His cooking is worthwhile to get in the car and go there.
