You cannot argue with a good chef, Head Chef Nenad Mlinarevic as his team cooked pigeon to perfection. The dish included celery and apple as contrast to the pigeon’s flavor and savory sauce. This dish speaks for itself, “a nice combination” of color, taste, pure enjoyment. Bravo!
