Yes it is hard to believe that a leather goods and luxury goods company serves high-end chocolates to the rich and famous. But it is true and one of Bulgari’s best is their “Italian” Amaretto, a dark center chocolate covered with white chocolate flakes and a pinch of edible gold. It is not bitter at all, a very well made chocolate, a hand crafted signature chocolate by Bulgari’s in-house head pastry chef @ Omote Sando-Tokyo.
