Shades of a glowing sky as the sunset drops into the Aegean. The last Ilio’s light fills the sky and the horizon with an orange and golden hue. The shooting rays protect us, amongst goods friends, Tatsis Aristotelis & Adonia Zarpa, as we sip this sweet superb wine. At our favorite beach taverna, in celebration of an afternoon before the cool air sets in – fall is almost here.

The refreshing sweetness, was sublime, it went too fast but it was a bomb! The botrytis was tangled with the sweet syrup of the nectar. Oh, what a delight it was….
