Books @ Kitchen – Origin


Recently my wife gave me a few new cook books which we added to our library. We have some one-thousand books but many are “so and so”, I mean the books are mediocre and mostly commercial with recipes of little importance to a foodie.

Origin is an interesting journey through the chef’s eyes, his journey, his travel and working experience that took him from rural countryside of New Zealand to owning his own restaurant. He is very inspired and talented yet many recipes are not for food amateurs.
