Last night I opened my only bottle of Dassai 39, a fruity sake, it is intense, clean and very fine quality. This is a sake you should try, if you can find it. This was hand carried from Tokyo to our kitchen in Europe to sip with some karasumi, a perfect combination. Some things are meant to be, this is one of them.
