Lemons are always wonderful to use and making a lemon cake is very easy, even you can’t bake. Try to make it by following these steps in preparation, a recipe from Northern Italian chef named Emanuele Scarello. Mix the eggs + sugar, then add the flour with baking powder and the salt at last.
Heat the cream and add the butter keeping on mixing.
Pour slowly the cream + butter on the eggs, sugar and flour, add the lemon zest and juice.
Put the mixture into a plum-cake pan and cook in pre-heated oven at 170°C for 15 minutes.
