In Milan is a restaurant that serves slow food and a slow menu, so exercise patience especially if you cannot speak Italian. This night we enjoyed the cuisine at Trattoria Masuelli, a family owned and operated business serving the real deal slow food. It is worthy of a visit if you go to Milan but beware they serve Piemontese cuisine which is (perhaps) more delicious in the winter.
