These Japanese fruits are marvelous, they look superb, their natural sheen, and genuine colors lends itself to the impeccable farming in Japan. Fruits are expensive in Japan but you get what you pay!
If you live in a city and you look closely enough you can see that the quality of fruits being grown in South America are rather plastic in comparison. Fruit is an important commodity, and most people eat fruit abundantly without any real concern for the taste or look. Most are being sold on their nutritional values, while they are being mass-produced and sprayed with chemicals. This is not to say that Japanese fruits are not sprayed, because most fruits are sprayed like most wines have sulfur, or we couldn’t see them on the shelves at affordable prices.
