Seriously who can eat this much meat. This huge steak is not common place but when Japanese see foreigners they think big! A hunk of meat for an army but no army could afford to pay it! This is Japanese sirloin and the striploin (I think) which you can; keep the sirloin for grilling and haché the strip loin into hamburger, pronounced “ham-bah-guh” in Japan.
