Powered Pentatonic Scale

The most unusual cuisine and music, Chinese cuisine can go from ordinary to exotic, from Peking duck to dim sum and steamed abalone to bird’s nest or the forbidden shark fin. Fureika serves up some of the finest Shanghainese and Guangdong cuisines, clean cuisine, atmosphere chic, accompanied by musical talents as clients sips Ban Tian.

I find it absurd when you go to a restaurant and they are piping music onto the food and into the clients ears. Here you have something very different, the Guqin, an instrument that looks like a cross between a guitar and a harp, accompanied by Erhu and a Liuqin. The three musicians sit side by side, playing some of the oldest known musical instruments, all strings, the scale is soothing, non invasive and accompanies the cuisine perfectly.
