Capellini Pomodoro {Tokyo}

After a nice Burgundy wine, what can you eat? Summer or winter, it isn’t often I eat a cold pasta, but capellini pomodoro is a good ‘night cap’ dish. The freshness of the acidity, some mixed fresh herbs makes a difference in the taste performance. Be sure if you make this dish not to over cook the pasta, and keep the tomatoes a good bite size, the sauce needs some body.
