There is nothing quite like juicing. Recently I met the most charming Scandinavian women at a Taiko performance. She mentioned juicing, and the Nutribullet, a blender that crashes fruits under high rpms. I am not the type to add heat to fruit, as it destroys the fruit’s integrity.
