Last night we were guided back to one of our favourite wine bars in Tokyo. Harmonie, a small wine bar and restaurant, their drinks list is small, but the place is cozy. Owned and operated by Chef Jitsuhiro Yamada and his charming wife.
It is simple down to earth cuisine, the chef is a hunter, he travels to Hokkaido each weekend to track in the snow for deer. Below is one of his signature dishes, a homemade wild venison terrine – delicious. The desert hit the spot after a few glasses of wine, chocolate is always in our hearts.
