1959 Huet Vouvray Le Haut Lieu Moelleux

The Huet family bought the initial vineyard, Le Haut-Lieu in 1928 and today the vineyards are 10 hectares. Then Moelleux (pronounced ‘mwah-lurr’) is between 40 to 60 g/l of sugar and then, occasionally, an even sweeter Première Trie wine is made from the very ripest grapes. This wine has complex, coffee, honey and tobacco with the longest palate.
